| CSSF Qualification Issues: |
1. The authority for qualifying students from Solano county is divided along geographical lines, not county boundaries. The Sacramento Regional Science & Engineering Fair is authorized to qualify to CSSF students attending schools in communities in northern Solano County. See the San Francisco Bay Area Science Fair for its area of authority.
2. Students attending schools in San Joaquin County cannot qualify to CSSF through the Sacramento Regional Science & Engineering Fair, though they are eligible to participate in SRSEF for the many other opportunities offered there, including the opportunity to qualify to the International Science & Engineering Fair. Students in San Joaquin County may qualify to CSSF through the San Joaquin County Science Fair. |
