Registration Dates

Mail-in Registration, March 3 to May 9

Early registration materials are accepted by mail. Use the Permit to Register. Undergraduate, non-admitted, limited status students may not register by mail. Registration must be processed in person at the Registration Building lobby.

Early In-Person Registration, March 3 to May 9

Students may obtain registration materials from the Registration Department in the Registration Building lobby. Students admitted to USC may access any Internet-enabled computer anytime beginning Monday, March 3 to register by Web Registration (www.usc.edu/webregistration). Undergraduate, non-admitted, limited status students must settle their tuition and fees on the same day they register for classes or their enrollment will be cancelled by the Registration Department.

Regular In-Person Registration

Registration for all sessions, but particularly for those starting Wednesday, May 21, will be in the Registration Building lobby, according to the following schedule:

Monday, May 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, May 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., registration continues. Registration should be completed prior to the first class meeting, but, unless otherwise noted, students can register for all courses through the first day of classes.

Change of Program

Monday, May 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., students may change their program in the Registration Building lobby or by Web Registration (admitted students only). Program changes can also be made anytime thereafter according to the established deadlines.

Registration in the summer session does not ensure the privilege of registering in the fall semester. Entering students who will register for fall must either enroll formally in the university or obtain permission from the Office of Admission.
