IRB #1 meets the first and third Thursday of each month, IRB #2 meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month, and IRB #3 meets the first and third Tuesday of each month.

Deadlines for submission of new studies for full board review are Thursdays by 2:00 pm. Studies received by Thursday will be reviewed two weeks later unless there are too many studies assigned for one meeting or one committee has more expertise in the area under study. In either case, review may be delayed one week at the discretion of the Chair, Vice Chairs or IRB Director.

Approved studies undergoing continuing annual review must be received four weeks prior to expiration.
