| Significant objectives of the Building on Excellence campaign include financial aid to attract the very best students; classrooms, laboratories, and studios transformed into facilities well-equipped to keep pace with advances in technology; endowed professorships and chairs to retain our most accomplished faculty and to recruit other exceptional teachers and innovative scholars; continued investment in leading-edge instructional technology; dormitories and residences that allow for greater community, comfort and learning; enhanced libraries and information systems; and campuses that accommodate the everyday life of the student with a measure of beauty and grace.
