Your financial aid eligibility is determined by federal and state regulations and university policy. The amount of your aid is determined by subtracting the USC-determined family contribution from the estimated cost of attendance. Most students receive a combination of grants, loans and Federal Work-Study.
YOUR FINANCIAL AID SUMMARY NOTIFICATION DATES
New first years: If you met all deadlines and eligibility requirements, you will be notified of your financial aid eligibility before May 1. Notification will be sent by email, and your financial aid summary will also be viewable online at My Financial Aid & Documents.
New transfer students: If you met all deadlines and eligibility requirements, your financial aid summary will be available beginning in early May at My Financial Aid & Documents.
Continuing undergraduates: If you met all deadlines and eligibility requirements, your financial aid summary will be available in late June. Late applicants will be notified by the end of July. If you missed any deadlines, your eligibility for financial aid is likely to be less than in previous years. Monitor the status of your financial aid summary online at My Financial Aid & Documents.
