Applying for admission to a graduate program or professional school at USC is a two-part process. You can complete Part One online by clicking here.

Part Two. Supplemental materials required by the professional school, academic department or program to which you are applying (such as a portfolio) must be sent directly to the school, department or program. For more information about Part Two, click here
U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are not seeking a graduate degree, but who wish to enroll in graduate-level courses for personal or professional enrichment only, may register for limited student status. These students do not need to submit a formal application for admission but must receive departmental approval and the approval of the Office of the Registrar. Permission to take course work in limited student status does not imply or guarantee admission to the university.
In most cases, limited status is not available to international students, because it does not fulfill student visa requirements. Permission for such enrollment by students on a non-resident visa may be granted only by the Graduate Admission Office.
