GENERAL INFORMATION

A USC ID card is a must for all USC employees and should be carried at all times while on campus. The card identifies you as an employee of USC and also entitles you to other privileges and uses on campus. Once you complete the payroll deduction application, your USCard becomes your charge card usable for Hospitality Services, the University TrojanBookstores and numerous other locations on the USC Campuses. All of your purchases at USC may be charged with your USCard through our unique payroll deduction system.

Where Do I Get My ID?  Visit our Customer Service Office located in PSX (Parking Structure C) or the One Stop Express in Seaver, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please contact USCard Services at 213-740-8709 with questions or concerns.

Multi Force Gas Station

Just Pump It! Now you can fill your tank at the Multi Force Gas Station with your USCard. TrojanTransportation Services has installed a gas station. It is located on the corner of 35th Street and Grand Avenue and open from 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Only USCard is accepted for payment.

So, if you are faculty or staff and eligible for payroll deduction, stop by the USCard Office and activate your payroll deduction today! Caring for Your USCard

Your USCard is designed to last under normal conditions for many years. To ensure the durability and validity of your USCard:

• Keep it in a safe carrying case (such as a wallet or cardholder).
• Keep away from magnets and computers to avoid magnetic damage.
• Do not punch holes in your card.
• Do not tamper with the information or picture printed on the card.
• Do not wash the card or use it for any purpose it was not designed for.
