Login to the USCard Account Management site and add or refresh funds on your USCard discretionary account by asking us to charge the deposit to your student account. Deposits are real time to your USCard and will be billed to your student account within one business day. You can specify a minimum of $20 or the maximum of $1000. Your account must be in good standing and your payment history must be current. To view the billing schedule for your university student monthly statement, click here.

Visit www.usc.edu/vipcardservices and select students to proceed in adding funds to your USCard. Requests made Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm PST will be processed within 2 hours and all requests made after USCard business hours will be processed by 9:00am the following business day. Please note we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only at this time.

Visit our Customer Service counters located on the University Park and Health Sciences Campus Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Complete a USCard Deposit Request contract available at our offices. Current payment methods include:

USCard's Value Transfer Station located in the basement of Leavey Library will allow you to convert cash to discretionary funds on your USCard. The service is available 24 x 7 and accepts $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.
