The Center for Law, History and Culture is pleased to announce that Mahmood Mamdani, the Herbert Lehman Professor of Government at Columbia University, will present the Twelfth Annual Law & Humanities Distinguished Lecture, entitled “Beyond Nuremberg: the Historical Significance of the Post-Apartheid Transition in South Africa.” Professor Mamdani is a leading scholar of African history and politics, human rights and the War on Terror.
