Jay Harris will discuss his experiences as publisher of the San Jose Mercury News in the second of four lectures on "Ethics and the Professions: Financial Success and Professional Responsibility"

Please join us for the second of two back-to-back lectures by Jay Harris. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Harris boosted the San Jose Mercury News to a spot among the top ten newspapers in the nation according to the Columbia Journalism Review. He is also the founder and president of Deep River Associates, an organization working to improve the health of communities and regions.
Mr. Harris will discuss the questions:
Can we be ethical and successful at the same time?
Is financial success a moral impossibility?
