The 2002 Academy Award winner for Best Picture, "A Beautiful Mind," will be screened.
The first of this semester's CET free film screenings: Russell Crowe stars in Ron Howard's depiction of Nobel-winning schizophrenic John Nash (2001, 134 minutes).
Nominated for 8 Academy Awards, the film earned 4 statuettes in March of 2002: Best Picture, Best Director (Ron Howard), Best Adapted Screenplay (Akiva Goldsman), and Best Supporting Actress (Jennifer Connelly).
