Robert Britton, Managing Director of Advertising and Market Planning for American Airlines, discusses how to restore faith in the airline industry after the terrorist attacks of September 11.

The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 took a great toll on human life and American business. Arguably the single-most impacted area of enterprise has been the commercial airlines. With increased FAA control and public anxiety still looming over air travel, the industry has faced challenges to remain profitable. Emerging through these turbulent times are leaders such as Robert Britton who have worked to restore American faith in the airline industry. Britton visits the Annenberg School to provide insight on this newsworthy topic.
