Dexter Scott King, son of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and author of "Growing Up King," talks about a range of issues, from growing up as the son of a legend to the conflict in Iraq.

Dexter Scott King, son of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and author of "Growing Up King: An Intimate Memoir," visits USC in his first major West Coast appearance since beginning a national book tour in January.

King, who is also chairman, president, and CEO of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Non-violent Social Change, will address both historical and current affairs, from growing up as the son of a legend, to his father’s assassination, affirmative action and the conflict in Iraq.
