Mark Young and Nandini Rajagopalan lead a collegial discussion of how instructors can appraise and improve teaching skills.

This session challenges participants to consider the following questions:
- How can instructors develop and sustain effective skills and strategies?
- How do instructors incorporate new ideas, new methods, and alternative teaching strategies?
- How can instructors get and use feedback (from peers and students) to continue to improve teaching?
- How do instructors conduct effective and constructive self-evaluation?
