Jana Turner, president of asset services at CB Richard Ellis, discusses ever-shifting corporate strategies.
Turner oversees approximately 311 million square feet of institutionally owned real estate encompassing 700 clients, 1,700 properties and 2,700 employees.
Turner joined CB Richard Ellis in 1997 when the company acquired Koll Real Estate Services. Previously she held positions with three major real estate service firms and has been active in the industry for 23 years.
