Writer and producer Victoria Riskin screens the 1934 Academy Award winning film, a movie with a screenplay written by her father, Robert Riskin.

In the film, a spoiled heiress, running away from her family, is helped by a man who's actually a reporter looking for a story. But then...he falls for her.

Academy Awards went to Riskin (Best Adapted Screenplay), Clark Gable (Best Actor), Claudette Colbert (Best Actress) and Frank Capra (Best Director). The film also captured the Best Picture Oscar.

A question and answer session follows the screening.
