Senior female administrators from USC participate in small group discussions about their role within the university.
Recently, eleven women became honorary members of the USC Women in Management organization and agreed to meet with the group once a year for interaction and discussion.
Ten of these administrators will be on hand at this special meeting: Brenda Barnes, President of KUSC; Martha Harris, Senior Vice President for University Relations; Marilyn L. Flynn, Dean of the School of Social Work; Karen Symms Gallagher, Dean of the Rossier School of Education; Rabbi Susan E. Laemmle, Dean of Religious Life; Janis B. McEldowney, Associate Senior Vice President for Administrative Operations; Sarah Pratt, Dean, College Academic Programs, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences; Barbara Solomon, Vice Provost for Faculty Diversity; Carolyn Webb de Macias, Vice President for External Relations; and Ruth Weisberg, Dean of the School of Fine Arts.
