What Matters to Me & Why with Professor Mark Kann

Political Science professor Mark E. Kann, holder of the USC Associates Chair in Social Science, discusses issues central to his life to help the public better understand the lives and inspirations of those individuals who shape the university.

Kann specializes in early American political thought and gender studies. He also teaches in the Thematic Option honors program and the Program in American Studies and Ethnicity as well as in Political Science.

Presenters are encouraged to talk about choices made, difficulties encountered, and commitments solidified. They are free to choose any topic that fits their definition of "What Matters to Me and Why."
