Occupational Science Symposium

Dr. Antonio Damasio serves as keynote speaker as he and other internationally recognized speakers explore the complex relationship between the brain, emotions, everyday activities and health.

Damasio (pictured) is the Van Allen Distinquished Professor and head of neurology at the University of Iowa Medical Center.

Other speakers include Robert Sapolsky, a professor of biological sciences at the Stanford Brain Institute; Mitchell Earleywine, an associate professor of clinical psychology in the USC department of psychology; and Caleb Finch, the ARCO/William F. Kieschnick Chair of neurobiology of aging at the USC School of Gerontology.

Ruth Zemke, Professor Emeritus from the USC Department of Occupational Science and Occuapational Therapy delivers the Wilma West lecture.
