Back pain? Neck pain? Are your shoulders tight at the end of the day? Come and learn how to alleviate many of these problems.

Why do you have to be in the best shape of your life to sit all day? Because of the amount of pressure on your spine when you sit. Often, by the end of a workday, this pressure causes back pain, neck pain and tight, aching shoulders. Learn to make informed decisions about your body that will improve how you feel at the end of the workday.
