USC IGM Art Gallery in partnership with STOPGENOCIDENOW.ORG will launch a 100-day campaign to raise awareness on current events in Sudan in conjunction with the IGM Art Gallery's Mega-Metropolis exhibit.

April 6 marks the beginning of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. 800,000 lives were lost in 100 days while the world stood paralyzed. In 2005, we can use the 100 days to act, starting with this kick off awreness- raising and examination of the genocide crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan. Deeply concerned Los Angelenos are invited to gather, to unite and reflect, on the Rwandan genocide. A dynamic multimedia presentation will profile the crisis in Darfur and prompt discussion and problem solving.
