General Information

General Function of the Office
The Academic Review and Retention Office of the Office of Academic Records and Registrar serves in three primary ways:

  1. to initiate, review, and present academic petitions of exception,
  2. to monitor the progress of and provide counsel to students in the academic probation system, and
  3. to process correction of grade requests.

Academic Review and Retention Staff
An Assistant Registrar, three counselors and two student services assistants comprise the Academic Review and Retention Office, located in Figueroa Bldg. (FIG), Room 107.

Hours of Operation

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
