AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS ONLINE PROCESS?
YOU CAN USE THIS ONLINE PROCESS ONLY IF:
- You are a current, admitted undergraduate student who has access to OASIS.
- The course you wish to petition appears on your TCR with units and a grade.
If some course work does not appear, please see Degree Progress in JHH-010.
YOU CANNOT USE THIS ONLINE PROCESS IF:
- You are a graduate student or a returning student without an open "POST" (program of study). In either case, see your academic department.
- You have not yet taken the course. In this case, you should most likely submit an online pre-approval request through OASIS.
- You are following "transitional" or "old" GE and are seeking GE credit; in this case, please file a paper petition (available at www.usc.edu/articulation).
- You are appealing an articulation petition you already filed as a paper form. In that case, see the Articulation Office in REG 208 (uscartic@usc.edu, (213) 740-4628) and provide additional information. (If your denied petition was submitted online, you can use the online process.)
- Your question concerns a USC course. In this case, see your academic advisor.
- Your coursework was taken at an international institution. In this case, please file a paper petition (available at www.usc.edu/articulation).
