It is recommended that classroom reservations are requested at least one week prior to your event date. Room availability can be limited on certain days/times. Normally, classroom assignments are processed within two business days if your request is made during the current semester. However, if your request falls within the first three weeks of the fall or spring semesters, then classroom assignments will be finalized two to five business days prior to your requested event. During this drop/add period, academic classes have priority in getting situated in the general use classrooms.
