It is recommended that classroom reservations are requested at least one week prior to your event date. Room availability can be limited on certain days/times. Normally, classroom assignments are processed within two business days if your request is made during the current semester. However, if your request falls within the first three weeks of the fall or spring semesters, then classroom assignments will be finalized two to five business days prior to your requested event. During this drop/add period, academic classes have priority in getting situated in the general use classrooms.
As of August 2010, standard audiovisual technology no longer needs to be reserved in any of USC's general use classrooms.
The only exceptions are the following non-standard technologies: document cameras, overhead projectors, region-free DVD players, and microphones for classrooms with audio support (GFS 101, 116, 118; MHP 101, 105, 106; THH 114, 116, 210, 212; VKC 100, 150, 152, 156).
The following classrooms in KAP will require reservations for the delivery of DVD/VCR players: 134, 140, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 150, 156, 158.
To reserve any non-standard equipment, please call (213) 821-6601, or email email@example.com.
