If you wish to access Web Registration or OASIS and do not know your password, you may access the applications through MyUSC portal. The portal will authenticate you by your USC email username and password. Follow the procedure below to access Web Registration and OASIS from MyUSC portal.
- Launch your Internet browser program (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
- Enter the following URL at the address bar: https://my.usc.edu/portal/
- Click the Login bar.
- Enter your USC email username.
- Enter your USC email password.
- Click the Login button.
- Locate the Web Registration and OASIS applications on the right side of the screen.
- Click the application you wish to access.
If the above instructions fail to aid you, send a fax request to the Registration Department asking for a password reset. The fax number is (213) 821-3724.
In your request, please include the following information:
- Your USC ID number.
- A copy of your USC ID, driver's license, or passport.
- A brief statement asking for a password reset.
The Registration Department staff will reset your PIN to your 6-digit birth date (mmddyy) as soon as we receive your fax, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Requests received after 4:30 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
