Checking on the Status of your Transcript Request
Mail or In-Person Requests: There is no tracking process for orders placed in person or by mail. To obtain this information, please call the Transcript Department at (213) 740-7445.
Web Requests: At various stages of the transcript ordering process you will be sent e-mails informing you of the status of your order. Once you have created an account with NSC, you will be able to use your user ID and password to logon and check the status of your orders at any time.
Electronic Transcript Requests: You can check each step of your order status by logging into the USC Transcript ordering site at AVOW.
Express mail orders may be tracked using our carrier's tracking system at http://track.dhl-usa.com.
