Mail or In-Person Requests: There is no tracking process for orders placed in person or by mail. To obtain this information, please call the Transcript Department at (213) 740-7445.
Web Requests for Paper and Electronic Transcripts: At various stages of the transcript ordering process you will be sent e-mails informing you of the status of your order. You can check each step of your order status by logging into the USC Transcript ordering site at Avow.
