USC Department of Transcripts
Web Requests
Use this service for Official Transcripts only.The University of Southern California has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to act as its agent for the processing of Web-based transcript orders. NSC collects all required fees and forwards the request to the USC Registrar's office, where the transcript is printed and released.
At the NSC site you will be asked to create an account. First-time users must sign a release form and fax or mail it directly to NSC before a transcript order can be processed. When placing your order, please have your academic record ID (10-digit USC ID or 9-digit SSN) and the dates of attendance at USC.Also, have your credit card name, number, and expiration date available. Students must clear holds on their records before the Transcript Department will process the order. Current and recently enrolled students may check for holds on OASIS. There is a $2.00 processing charge for this service per order. Payment on the card will be preauthorized. However, your credit card will not be billed until the transcript order has been fulfilled. E-mail confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been processed. Official transcripts may be ordered any time through the National Student Clearinghouse Web site by clicking here.

Important Note: If there are pending grades or degrees to be awarded and the transcript should not be sent until the grades/degrees are posted to the transcript, please indicate on the order that the transcript should be held for grades and/or degrees to be posted.
Service hours: The transcript ordering service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the requests are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except holidays and during winter recess.
Fees for transcripts requested on the Web:
$8.00 per transcript, plus a $2.00 processing charge per order.
Method of payment:
VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Overnight delivery: Please submit requests by 12:00 noon PST.
In the continental United States- $18.00 per destination, plus transcript fee.
Outside the continental United States- $33.00 per destination, plus transcript fee.
