USC Department of Verifications
In-Person Verification Requests
In-person requests may be submitted in the lobby of the Registration Building (REG). Department hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Verification request forms are available on the west wall in the REG lobby. Forms must be fully completed and submitted with payment. Written requests for verifications must be signed. Students who have holds on their record will have their request rejected unless they are attempting to defer their student loan. In these cases the requester must show the appropriate supporting documentation at the time of the request. Verification requests will be processed two to five days upon receipt.
Methods of payment are: Personal check (made payable to the University of Southern California), U.S. money order, USCard, and the following credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash is not accepted.
Official academic record verifications are $5.00 per document.
There is no charge for verifications requested for Financial Aid related compliance.
Special handling services
Overnight Express is $18.00 per destination, plus verification fee.

Express Mail is $40.00 per destination, plus verification fee.
You may request this service for express delivery outside the continental United States only.
