Description
The Procurement Department is responsible for contracting and contract management for the Naval Air Warfare Center - Weapons Division, which includes four sites.
There are following individual agents:
- CUSTOMER
The customer represents the technical codes that require products
and services to be procured.
- CMA
The Contract Management Assistant (CMA)
assists the Contracting
O2officer by performing a number of contracting activities.
- NAVAIR
NAVAIR is the command responsible for NAWCWPNS.
- PACA
The Procuring Authority Competition Advocate (PACA)
reviews documents for competitiveness on behalf of the Procurement Department.
- RACA
The Requiring Authority Competition Advocate (RACA)
reviews documents for competitiveness on behalf of the Procurement Department.
- KO
The Contracting Officer (KO) maintains contracting authority for
a procurement action.
- LEGAL
The1 Legal representative conducts legal reviews of documents.
- CS
The Contract Specialist (CS) assists the Contracting
Officer by performing a number of contracting activities.
