Benefits Administration is part of the Administrative Operations Division. The division also includes the offices of Child Care Programs, Employee Relations, Equity and Diversity, Personnel Services–Health Sciences Campus, Personnel Services–University Park Campus, Policy Development and Communications, and Retirement Plan Administration. The division is led by Associate Senior Vice President, Janis B. McEldowney.

The benefits described in this Web site are available to staff and faculty employed by the University of Southern California subject to certain eligibility requirements. In the event of a discrepancy between the benefits and limitations described in this booklet and a plan document or a collective bargaining agreement, the terms of the plan document or collective bargaining agreement will govern. Employees at USC Norris Cancer Hospital and USC University Hospital who are covered by CNA and SEIU collective bargaining agreements receive different benefits from those described in this Web site. Employees of other entities that have entered into agreements with the University of Southern California to provide payrolling service are subject to the policies and procedures adopted by their employer.
