Educational Benefits

Working for a major research university encourages us all to place a high priority on education for our families and ourselves. Through the tuition assistance program, USC pays tuition to fund advanced education for employees to finish a degree or start a new one; or to take job-related courses for career advancement. USC Professional Development offers extensive classes on work-related subjects. Eligible children admitted to USC are provided with paid tuition for enough units to complete most undergraduate or graduate degrees. Spouses or registered domestic partners receive a 50% reduction in tuition. Children of USC employees are also eligible to apply for Tuition Exchange Scholarships with nearly six hundred colleges and universities.
USC Professional Development offers a variety of ways to improve your own professional skills and the productivity of your work team.
At USC, a lot of education happens outside the classroom. Participate in the hundreds of opportunities to join in.
