Can I receive disability payments during a pregnancy-related medical leave?
Yes, if you are certified as disabled (unable to work) by your physician during your pregnancy.

Can I take Family Care Leave after my medical leave for a pregnancy-related disability?
Eligible employees may request additional Family Care Leave to care for their newborn children. They may also be eligible for six weeks of benefit payments under California's Paid Family Leave Insurance Program.

Can benefits under California's Paid Family Leave Insurance Program be taken intermittently?
