NUHW opt out options—if you already have medical coverage
- Option 1—opt out of all health and welfare benefits
The employee will be reimbursed a flat rate of $2 per budgeted hour per pay period.
For example: 80 hours x $2 = $160 per pay period
- Option 2—opt out of all health and welfare and cashplus
- Option 3 —NUHW FT or PT1 employees who opt out of health and welfare only
The employee will be reimbursed $35 per pay period.
