If You Already Have Primary Medical Coverage (Plan C)

If you have primary medical coverage under another medical plan, you may choose Plan C instead of enrolling in a USC medical plan. Frequently, employees who have medical coverage through their spouse's employer choose Plan C for additional vision, dental and prescription reimbursement coverage as well as additional life and accident insurance. Plan C also is available to spouses or registered domestic partners who both work at USCone can enroll in a university-sponsored medical plan and include dependent coverage; the other can choose Plan C.

- Part-time (5099% appointment)
Cost
USC pays the full cost of Plan C.
What do I need to do?
Enroll within 60 days of hire and show proof of other medical coverage.
