Health Sciences campus

On the Health Sciences campus, attend the Benefits Orientation held each Thursday morning from 9:0011:00 in (Norris Research Tower) NRT Harlyne Tower LG503/504. Please call HSC Personnel Services for further information. If you cannot attend an orientation session, call (323) 442-2579.
University Park campus

On the University Park campus, attend the Benefits Orientation sessions held each Wednesday morning in the Credit Union Building (CUB), first floor conference room. If you cannot attend an orientation session, call (213) 821-8114 to make other arrangements.
Reminders:
Benefits will begin the first of the month following enrollment. For example, in order to have a September 1st effective date, the enrollment must occur in August.
Documentation will be necessary to enroll dependents: Original marriage certificate for spouse, and original birth certificate for children.
