USC Hospital 401(k) Retirement Plan

USC Verdugo Hills

Your retirement account is managed by Fidelity Investments. At its discretion, USC Verdugo Hills will match 100% of your before-tax or Roth contributions up to a maximum of 4% of your eligible earnings following the end of each calendar year, if you are employed on the last day of that year. You are always 100% vested in your own contributions; the USC Verdugo Hills matching contributions vest on a sliding scale (20% per year) with full vesting at five years' service in which you complete 1000 hours or more in each plan year. Your contributions begin with the pay period following enrollment.

NUHW Retirement

Your retirement account is managed by Fidelity Investments. USC matches 100% of your before-tax or Roth contributions up to a maximum of 4% of your eligible earnings following the end of each calendar year, if you are employed on the last day of that year. You are always 100% vested in your own contributions; USC's matching contributions vest on a sliding scale (20% per year) with full vesting at five years' service in which you complete 1000 hours or more in each plan year. Your contributions begin with the pay period following enrollment. USC also contributes 1% of your eligible earnings to a retiree medical benefit account if you are employed on the last day of the year and worked 1500 hours in the plan year.
