CEMMA IN RESEARCH

Instruments in CEMMA are being used by many researchers in various departments throughout the University. A notable example is the scanning electron microscope which involves major use by 15 principal investigators from the Departments of Materials Science, Biology, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Electrophysics, and the Schools of Medicine and Dentistry. The facility is also used by researchers in the local area including: the Museum of Natural History, UCLA, UC Irvine, CalTech, Cedars-Sinai Hospital, and Children's Hospital.
