The Summer Superintendents' Conference
For the last six years, the USC Summer Superintendents' Conference has provided an opportunity for 100 school superintendents to spend a week in a relaxed setting discussing important issues related to student learning and school management. Participants are nominated by policy makers in their individual states and attendance is limited to 100 participants.
Past conferences have dealt with such diverse issues as technology, international trade, transitions from school to work, site based management, and organizational theory. We hope that by linking this year's conference with the International Principals' Institute, participant opportunities for new knowledge and growth will be enhanced.

The conference will be held in conjunction with USC's International Principals' Institute. Superintendents will have the opportunity to interact with educational leaders and school principals from England, Australia and the United States.
Leisure activities abound...
Southern California and Los Angeles offer a tremendous variety of leisure and sporting activities for you and your family. Conference activities include three scheduled evening excursions around the Los Angeles area, including a trip to the famous Malibu Beach.
