I think you may consider an amendment to this rule stipulating that 
withdrawing from the league WITHOUT A 2/3RDS LEAGUE MEMBER'S CONSENT will 
result in forfiture of cards.  Further, the forfiture of those cards to the 
league should probably be reviewed by the Deckmasters Officers.  I think if 
someone had to leave town or some other reason you would probably not mind if 
that person withdrew, yes?  If so, you should be very clear in the language 
of the rules.  Just adding my two cents...
