Experiment No. 9
Festshrift for Vivian Endicott Barnett
Edited by Natasha Kurchanova
The ninth volume of Experiment (fall, 2003) is a celebration of the work of Vivian Endicott Barnett. Although Dr. Barnett is recognized first and foremost as a Kandinsky scholar, she has also worked extensively on topics of modern American and European art, particularly the art of Germany. Contributions to this festschrift reflect her focus on modern art from a multicultural perspective, with a particular emphasis on Kandinsky scholarship.
