CALIS support of IES

  Over 300 students from five counties in So Cal brought enthusiasm and expertise to a challenging simulation on international trade and development.
 

1st Place Score = Angola


2nd Place Score = Kuwait


3rd Place for Table Display
AND 4th Place for Team Costume = Greece
 

Of the 75 competing country teams, over 20 made it into the 100 Point Club



Teachers implemented the IES curriculum over an 8-10 week period,
culminating in a school summit for all their students.
Then a limited number of teams represented the participating schools
at the regional summit at USC.
