Project Goal:
Improve the basic movement patterns of beginner-level youth soccer players by providing novice coaches with practice plans that are designed to progressively improve soccer skill performance.

Objectives:

  • create practice planning materials to help novice coaches improve the dribbling, passing, and receiving skills of beginning soccer players in a fun way.
  • determine how practice of fundamental movement patterns is related to the performance of soccer related skills.
