Professor Jane Iwamura is honored for her work
Religion professor, Jane Iwamura, was honored for her mentoring of graduate students at the Second Annual Mellon Mentoring Honors Reception on April 18, 2006.
Prof. Iwamura is also the recipient of a 2006-07 USC Zumberge Research and Innovation Fund Award for her project, "Altared States: A Cultural History of the Japanese Home Shrine," and was also recently recognized as one of USC's "Remarkable Women" by the Women Students' Assembly and the USC Office of Campus Activities.
