Indiana Jones and the Ancient Cylinder Seal
Professors Bruce Zuckerman and Lynn Swartz Dodd are the recipients of a Mellon Academic Mentoring Grant. Undergraduate researchers working under their supervision will create innovative images of ancient cylinder seals that contain a wide range of administrative, religious, mythic and royal iconography. Entitled, Imaging Indiana Jones: Undergraduate Research in Archaeology as an Inter- and Intra-University Project Across the Curriculum, this project is a collaboration with the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.Posted Saturday, May 27, 2006
