Administrative Operations brings together many of the departments that provide central services relative to employment.
The eight departments of the division facilitate the development and communication of all university policies; investigation and mitigation of employee complaints; advisement on matters of university employment policy and compliance with federal and state employment law related to staff employees; counseling, enrollment in, and administration of employee benefit plans; and provision of university-subsidized child care.
