Adrienne has a master's degree in human development from Pacific Oaks College and more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education. In addition to many years managing child care programs, Adrienne is an adjunct college instructor and is actively involved in training in her field. She is also a frequent contributor to childhood education periodicals and conferences. Adrienne was appointed program manager in 2006. She is a past president of the North Bay chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and a graduate trainer of the Program for Infant Toddler Care (PITC).

Shirley has a bachelor's degree in child development from San Diego State University. Her career in early childhood education spans more than 25 years. Shirley has been with USC Child Care Programs since 1987. She began her work here as a teacher and was appointed infant and toddler programs director in 1990 and master teacher in 2006.

Sharon has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Southern California. Her entire early childhood career has been working at USC Child Care Programs. She has worked as a head teacher, program director and now master teacher since 1983.

Lisa has an associate's. degree in child development from El Camino College and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in human development at Pacific Oaks College. Lisa began her career in the pre-kindergarten classroom and has taught at El Camino College Child Development Center and the City of Hawthorne. Lisa was appointed UPC preschool head teacher in 2001 and added school-age to her duties in 2009.
