Applicants will receive an e-mail notification once their USConnect account is available. Please allow approximately five (5) business days after submitting your application to the USC Office of Admission to receive and process your application. In the meantime, prospective undergraduate students can log in to the Common Application to check the status of your application. Graduate students can check their application status via the Apply Yourself portal. Please contact us if your USConnect account is not available and it has been more than (five) 5 business days since your application was submitted.
Current USC students should log in to myUSC
to access financial aid services.
Your account will be created automatically once the USC Office of Admission has received and processed your application for admission. Once your account has been created, you will receive an e-mail with login instructions. To make sure you receive the e-mail, please add SConnect@usc.edu
to your address book or safe sender list.
Click on the Request Password
link to have a temporary password e-mailed to the address used to submit your application.
We strongly encourage you to keep your current e-mail address, if possible. If you do need to change your e-mail address, however, please send your request to SConnect@usc.edu
from your current address. In your request, include your current e-mail address, the requested e-mail address, and your USC ID number. If your request comes from the new e-mail address, we may ask for additional information for security purposes.
To access all available services within USConnect, you must set your web browser to enable pop-ups or create an exception for USConnect (usconnect.usc.edu). You can obtain specific instructions via your browser's Help menu.
The services displayed within USConnect are determined by your admission or enrollment status with the Offices of Admission and Financial Aid. Additionally, some services may be available only during particular times of the year. If you feel your status needs to be reviewed or updated, please call us at (213) 740-1111.
Each service or application you access via USConnect will have its own timeout settings. Although USConnect generally times out after one (1) hour, this will not affect other open applications or services, and you should remain logged in to them.
