A.  The scoring for each competition category will be based strictly on the respective score sheet(s) attached as Attachments

A – E.  The Sweepstakes score is determined by adding the three scores of the Inspection, Regulation and Exhibition

phases.

B.In the event of a tie, the following will be used to determine the winner, by event, in the sequence listed below:

a. Inspection

1.  Least number of gigs – Drill Team Commander

2.  Least number of gigs – First Squad Leader

3.  Least number of gigs – Second Squad Leader

4.  Least number of gigs – Third Squad Leader

b.Regulation

1.  Least number of boundary violations

2.  Least number of sequence violations

3.  Lowest time of performance

c.Exhibition

1.  Least number of boundary violations

2.  Highest raw performance score (box A on score sheet)

3.  Lowest time of performance

d.Sweepstakes

1.  High score – regulation phase

2.  High score – inspection phase

3.  High score – exhibition phase

e.Four-Person

1.  Least number of boundary violations

2.  Highest raw performance score (box A on score sheet)

3.  Lowest time of performance

f.Color Guard

1.  Least number of boundary violations
