Lisa Gimmy, ASLA is principal owner of the firm Lisa Gimmy Landscape Architecture in Santa Monica, CA. She is responsible for all aspects of firm's operations, including project design, management, and promotion. Some of her firm's projects include the Blufftop Garden in Corona del Mar, Woodland Garden in Pebble Beach, and Vineyard Garden in Healdsburg. Prior to establishing her firm, Lisa was associated with the SWA Group, where she worked on projects such as the Disneyland Resort/Commercial Recreation Area Specific Plan, the John Wayne Airport, and the Warner Brothers Triangle Building.

Lisa was an instructor at the UCLA Extension Certificate Program in Landscape Architecture. She co-taught courses in the basic design sequence, including Site Design and Thesis. Lisa taught the studio classes Planting Design and Design 8: Environmental Analysis and Design. She was a Teaching Assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Lisa has also served as a guest critic at USC.

Her work has been published in the Los Angeles Times Magazine. Lisa is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects.
