Some of the more significant projects are as follows: Houston Center, Downtown Urban Design project of 32 city blocks and first phase construction of two city blocks; Master plan for the Center of "Woodlands," a Private new town development thirty miles outside of Houston; Yin Pien Master Plan, Taipei, Taiwan, Downtown large area at the time occupied by the military; Vacia Taiega Master Plan, San Juan Puerto Rico; Various Transportation Studies as they effect Urban Centers: Santa Barbara Airport, Ontario Airport, Saigon 'Ton Sun Nut' Airport, "SCAG" study, La Guardia Expansion, Atlanta Airport Expansion, Puerto Rico Airport Expansion, and Dulles Airport Expansion. Various Commercial Developments such as department stores, shopping centers, and office complexes in California and other states.

Renovation and reconstruction of "Villa Aurora." Lionel and Mart Feuchtwanger Residence became a Literary Institute for Scholars

Single and Multiple family housing projects in Los Angeles, Ascona, Switzerland, Bahamas and surrounding communities.
